Kirsten Simone Vangsness, an American writer and actress who became famous when she appeared as the character 'Penelope Garcia' in the cop-driven crime drama series, 'Criminal minds'. Kirsten vangsness also appeared in two spin-offs of the series "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" as well as "Criminal Minds: suspect behavior". Apart from her roles acting on TV, Vangsness played small parts in a couple of movies following her debut as an actor in the year 1998.
