Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. Her most well-known character is Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an elementary school student in Sante Fe New Mexico. The family moved to Ohio in the United States, where she nurtured her interest in performing on theatre. She studied theatre through Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons in Chicago theatre before moving on to television and film. Anna's first major part was Arden as she appeared in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. Anna continued to be a guest star in a number of television movies and shows like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue through the mid 1990's, when she was cast in a role that she reprised in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. The mid-2000's saw her was cast in Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008, she was picked as Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully, the Deadwood film, and other movies also featured her. Gunn also took to the stage in a David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. The year 2022 saw Gunn also participated in an audio-play podcast called "Numbered Days". The story of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The deterioration of this relationship is akin to Walter White's final years.
